SKILLED NURSING CARE (RN/LPN)

Many of our clients no longer require the care provided in a hospital setting, but still need the daily attention from a nurse.  One of our licensed nurses will visit with you and see to it theat you receive the care and attention you need, in the comfort of your own home.

CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT (CNA) & HOME HEALTH AIDE (HHA)

CNA’s & HHA’s provide hands-on care for the client that includes assistance with Activities of Daily living such as: bathing, dressing, bathroom assistance, ambulating, range-of-motion, and transfers. CNA’s & HHA’s also provide socialization and transport of the client to diversionary activities and may also assist with light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, and errands.

COMPANIONS*

Companions provide socialization and transportation for the client to diversionary activities.  Companions may also assist with light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, and errands.

PHYSICAL THERAPY (PT)

Our Licensed Physical Therapists are well-trained in the Home Care setting. A regimen of exercises will be developed in accordance with the Physician Plan of Care. These exercises may include those which help to regain strength and movement to a body area, training on how to use special equipment, or for daily activities like getting in or out of a wheelchair or bathtub.

OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY (OT)

As a part of your multi-disciplinary Plan of Care, our energetic Occupational Therapists will prepare you for your new-found independence in your home. Daily exercises prepare you for completing your usual daily activities without assistance. Whether you learn a new way to eat, get dressed or comb your hair, Occupational Therapy restores your skills and confidence to go it alone. You may continue to receive occupational therapy if ordered by your doctor even if you no longer need other skilled care.

ALZHEIMERS

Let us assist you in dealing with the many stages of Alzheimers by offering support and relief to the patient and family creating a better quality of life. Timeless Home Health Care is a member of the Alzheimer’s Association.

SPEECH THERAPY (ST)

Often, following a stroke or brain injury, clients require the services of a Speech-Language Pathologist. This is a diverse specialty which may assist our clients with re-discovering their voice. They also assist clients who have difficulties swallowing their food and beverages. Confident, clear communication and the ability to safely eat your meals will definitely lead you on a rapid road to regaining independence.

* All services are available as Private Duty or Medicare/Medicaid (with the exception of Companion Services, Private Duty only).  Your Timeless Home Care advisor will work with you to maximize your insurance benefits.

Home health care services
